  1. One thing I have actually noticed is that there are plenty
    of myths regarding the financial institutions intentions if talking about home foreclosure.
    One myth in particular is always that the bank prefers to have your house.
    The financial institution wants your dollars, not the home.
    They want the amount of money they lent you together with interest.

    Preventing the bank will only draw a new foreclosed conclusion.
